Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item. Item must be in new, undamaged and unused condition, must include all original packaging and be returned within 14 days of the time of purchase.
As we only stock new, unused inventory, items returned will be inspected and if, in our opinion, they do not meet these criteria, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense for return shipment.
Customer must request an RMA prior to returning items by calling 303-568-3677 and requesting an RMA. All return shipments without an RMA displayed will be refused. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. In no event will original or return shipping expenses be refunded or reimbursed.
